Ducati Sunderland were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the communication and service delivery by Neil Coates was excellent. Neil provided a very professional and comprehensive service from start to finish. He had a good understanding of my needs during the negotiation stage, which resulted in the purchase of a very expensive motorcycle and additional accessories. In the past 44 years of riding and owning a vast range of motorcycles, I’ve had occasion to engage with many sales professionals. Neil is one of very few I would recommend. A true professional.

I was pleased with Ducati Sunderland and would recommend them because they (Neil in particular) were very accommodating to my requirements and kept me informed throughout. Truly a pleasure to deal with and thoroughly recommended. If the day ever arrives when I can afford a Ducati (I bought a used KTM), these guys will be my first choice. Still waiting for my Ducati fan boy merch to arrive though. I assume Neil will be posting it giftwrapped for Christmas.
